✨ Recruit, motivate, and train team members
✨ Ensure the proper display of collections in accordance with VM instructions
✨ Report on sales and the level of goal achievement
✨ Work with customers and ensure high customer service standards in the store
✨ Lead and implement other internal store processes according to the company standards
