About the Position🏭📝✒️
We are looking for an experienced Strategic Supply Chain Manager to join our team and drive strategic procurement initiatives across all Business Units.
This is a global role, reporting directly to the Business Unit Director, with a strong focus on supplier strategy, cost optimization, risk management, and supply chain performance.
The successful candidate will play a key role in building and developing strategic supplier partnerships, ensuring material availability, and supporting business growth through effective supply chain management.

In Your Hands🤲
- Develop and manage relationships with key strategic suppliers globally.
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery performance, and reliability.
- Lead negotiations regarding prices, contracts, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
- Drive supplier consolidation initiatives and optimize and simplify the supplier portfolio.
- Support and manage the supplier approval process for new suppliers.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to support production and customer requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Identify, execute, and deliver measurable cost reduction and value engineering initiatives.
- Develop alternative sourcing strategies to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Reduce supplier lead times and improve supply reliability.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
- Support strategic innovation projects together with key suppliers.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for competitive advantages.
- Prepare and present purchasing reports, KPIs, and market analyzes to management.
- Achieve agreed procurement and supply chain targets.
- Continuously improve supplier performance and overall supply chain reliability.
- Establish and maintain effective long-term strategic supplier partnerships
We Expect You To 🫶👌
- Have proven experience in strategic procurement, supply chain management, or sourcing.
- Have experience within the electronics, electrical, industrial equipment, or related manufacturing industries.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term supplier partnerships.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Have experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
- Have advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
- Demonstrate a high level of independence, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Have strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Additional languages are considered an advantage.
