Monthly salary: €2,430.00 - €3,640.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Perform economic and financial assessment of strategic initiatives, investment projects, products and services, preparing financial models and calculating key investment evaluation indicators (NPV, IRR, payback period, etc.)
- Coordinate the collection of data and assumptions necessary for the assessment, in cooperation with various company departments
- Perform scenario, sensitivity and risk analysis, assessing the impact of changes in key assumptions on the results of initiatives
- Prepare business cases, financial conclusions and recommendations for management, substantiating the financial attractiveness of initiatives, alternatives and the proposed solution
- Monitor the results of approved initiatives, analyze deviations from plans, their causes and impact on the Company's objectives
- Contribute to the improvement of the methodology for evaluating initiatives, financial modeling principles and standards for preparing business cases
What do we expect?
- Higher university education (in management, economics, finance or a related field) in the field)
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial indicators
- Strategic thinking and the ability to connect different areas of the organization's activities
- Experience working with KPI systems, activity planning or performance management
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interest alignment skills
- Ability to clearly argue and present insights both in writing and orally
- Fluent Lithuanian and English at least B2 level
