Monthly salary: €4,025.00 - €6,035.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- To form the company's strategic directions, goals, indicators and their implementation measures
- To ensure the processes and stages of preparing the company's strategy: updating, reviewing, approving, monitoring and submitting reports to the company's managers and the board, ensuring compliance with the requirements of controlling and monitoring institutions and the strategic management methodology and policy of the group of companies
- To monitor, assess, update the Company's strategic and annual performance indicators (KPI), initiate their review, make proposals
- To ensure monitoring and control of the Company's strategic programs/projects, application of the Company's project management practices
- To ensure the implementation of risk and internal audit measures
- To coordinate the preparation for the Company's Board meetings, ensure the performance of the Board's tasks and the timely submission of quality material
- To form a team, set long-term and short-term operational goals and strive for their implementation
- To organize the activities of the Company's Management Committee
- Participate in the company's and LTG Group's projects
What do we expect?
- Higher university education in management/economics or finance
- Successful experience in business analysis, financial management, strategic planning for at least 3 years
- At least 1 year of managerial work experience
- Initiative, strategic thinking and strong planning skills
- Knowledge of financial indicators and economic analysis
- Excellent analytical thinking, business planning and management skills, ability to analyze, understand, summarize and provide conclusions, proposals
- Knowledge and experience of development and change management principles
- Excellent communication, cooperation, interest coordination and representation skills
- Fluent Lithuanian, English at least B2 level
