STRATEGIC BUSINESS SOLUTIONS MANAGER

We are currently looking for a new team member to join the service team of the largest Lithuanian industrial and service companies. In this position, you will be responsible for finding solutions for business clients. Do you think we are on the right track? Then we are waiting for you in our team!

You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Serving the largest Lithuanian industrial and service companies, foreign investors, establishing contacts and maintaining long-term cooperation;
• Developing and implementing appropriate solutions for business clients, including analyzing the needs of the relevant segment;
• Coordinating ongoing projects, organizing meetings with clients, in order to ensure timely resolution of issues and timely implementation of projects;
• Cooperating with internal teams, in order to provide optimal solutions to the client;

• Higher education;
• At least 2 years of customer service experience in the B2B field;
• Excellent knowledge of English;
• Excellent skills in working with basic MS Office programs;
• High language culture, communication skills, good negotiation skills;
• Skills in managing complex situations;
• Responsibility, initiative, result orientation, teamwork and time planning skills;
• Category B driver's license.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 2,290 to EUR 3,430 (before tax). A specific salary is offered based on experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
