Monthly salary: €3,090.00 - €4,640.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Organize and carry out strategic procurements of the LTG Group of Companies, ensuring the quality, transparency, legality, timeliness, innovation, and competition in procurements
- Consult LTG Group of Companies employees in preparing strategic procurement documents
- Participate in preparing the procurement strategy
- Proactively resolve all issues related to the implementation of procurements
- Participate in the activities of established commissions or working groups
- Initiate ways to improve and optimize procurement activities, propose systematic ways to solve problems and contribute to their implementation
What do we expect?
- Higher university education (advantage – in the field of law)
- Excellent knowledge of public procurement
- Work experience in the field of public procurement (experience related to strategic and project public procurement – an advantage)
- Negotiation skills
- Fluent and well-reasoned presentation of thoughts in writing and orally
- Analytical thinking, organization, orientation towards results, efficiency and customers
- Cooperation, diplomacy, communication
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to accumulate, systematize, summarize information
- Fluent Lithuanian, good knowledge of English at least at B2 level
- Procurement specialist certificate issued by the Public Procurement Service - an advantage
