Work at our base in Vilnius, Metalo g. — you will be hanging and loading cargo onto trucks.
Baltic Cranes operates the largest fleet of tower cranes in Lithuania. Each of them must be properly loaded before traveling to the site. That is why we are looking for someone who works on the ground next to the crane and the truck.

What will you do?
- Hang and sling loads — crane sections, booms, counterweights, equipment
- Give signals to the crane operator while he is lifting
- Load and secure loads in tow trucks
- Maintain slings, chains and securing devices, check their condition
- Help manage the base area and warehouse
What do we expect?
- Responsibility — when you hang a load, you are responsible for the people around you
- Physical work outdoors, in any weather, all year round. Let's be honest — this is not work in a warehouse under a roof
- Ability to work in a team and communicate with a crane operator and drivers
- Experience with machinery, a warehouse or in construction — an advantage, but not necessary
- Category B and a slinger's certificate
- The ability to sometimes work overtime and on weekends
Don't have a certificate? We train and pay for slinger training and certification. The certificate remains with you.
