We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable people to join us as a Studio Operations Coordinator, ensuring a flawless live gaming experience by combining real-time game integrity monitoring, technical broadcast stability, and high-level talent management.

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable people to join us as a Studio Operations Coordinator, ensuring a flawless live gaming experience by combining real-time game integrity monitoring, technical broadcast stability, and high-level talent management.
What are you going to do:
- Ensure uninterrupted table operations by promptly identifying and resolving incidents, including gamemaster errors, software failures, or network connectivity issues.
- Monitor critical systems and infrastructure using provided tools, escalating reports to appropriate authorities as needed.
- Investigate and resolve player disputes related to game fairness or gamemaster actions.
- Log all incidents in internal systems, prepare detailed reports, and provide insights.
- Mentor and coach team members to achieve optimal results.
What to expect:
- Experience in a similar position.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Positive, professional attitude when communicating with people and the team.
- Ability to make decisions that require independent assessment, as well as identify and communicate problems to responsible persons.
- Reliability and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in changing shifts (morning, day, night).
