We are expanding our operations in Lithuania and invite you to join the team as a Studio Maintenance Engineer. This position combines work with electrical systems, technical studio support, infrastructure maintenance and operational problem solving.

- Maintain and maintain the studio’s electrical and technical infrastructure.
- Ensure stable operation of studio, broadcast and production systems.
- Plan, coordinate and support the installation, upgrade and maintenance of technical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, infrastructure and studio engineering.
- Monitor power systems, signal circuits, studio equipment and operational status.
- Participate in technical research and evaluation of new tools, technologies and workflows (R&D).
- Maintain studio asset accounting and ensure equipment is operational and properly documented.
- Improve operational processes, technical procedures and infrastructure reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, internal policies and technical documentation procedures.

Employee requirements
- 4+ years of experience in electrical engineering, technical infrastructure, studio engineering or similar.
- Valid electrician qualification certificate/license.
- Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, grounding, UPS and technical safety standards.
- Knowledge of studio and broadcast infrastructure, including video/audio signal routing, signal monitoring and fault localization.
- Knowledge of video signal transmission circuits, including IP, SDI, HDMI and related technologies.
- Knowledge of audio, video and lighting systems in a studio or live production environment.
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, including troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with diverse teams.
- Experience in one or more of the following environments: broadcast/TV studios; live production or streaming environments; IT infrastructure / server / data centers; video production facilities.
Advantages:
- Experience in broadcast studios, TV / media production or live event environments.
- Knowledge of video-over-IP technologies, cloud streaming platforms and encoding / decoding solutions.
- Additional certifications related to electrical systems, broadcast engineering or infrastructure support.
