You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring a smooth study process;
- Administration of the study database and e-learning system;
- Preparation and management of internal study documentation;
- Administration of student requests and inquiries;
- Consulting students and lecturers on migration issues;
- Consulting students, lecturers and other interested parties on study process issues;
- Creating and nurturing a positive student experience at the University.
We hope you:
- Have at least 1-2 years of administrative work and customer service experience;
- Have a higher university education (in management, business administration, economics or another social science field is a great advantage);
- Are customer-oriented, able to listen to their needs and professionally solve emerging issues;
- Are able to independently plan work, manage several processes simultaneously and maintain high quality of work even during more intensive periods;
- Are proactive, proactive and solution-oriented – notice areas for improvement and take action;
- Are able to work effectively both independently and in a team;
- Adhere to agreements and adhere to high quality standards in your work;
- Are able to build and maintain professional, trust-based relationships with students, lecturers and colleagues;
- Speak and write fluently in Lithuanian and English and are prepared to work in an international environment on a daily basis;
- Easily understand information systems, and experience working with them will be considered an advantage.
