We are currently looking for an active, commercially minded and technically strong person to develop AROS’s subcontracting partner network in Lithuania and abroad.
The aim of this position is not only to respond to the current project demand, but also to build a strong and reliable partner network in advance, which would allow us to quickly and efficiently secure the necessary subcontracting capacities for future projects and identify new business opportunities.

The aim of this position is not only to respond to the current project demand, but also to build a strong and reliable partner network in advance, which would allow us to quickly and efficiently secure the necessary subcontracting capacities for future projects and identify new business opportunities.
Your future activities:
- Actively search for potential subcontracting partners in Lithuania and foreign markets, establish contact and present AROS as an attractive long-term cooperation partner.
- Create, expand and maintain long-term relationships with technical subcontracting companies.
- Participate in international exhibitions, business, career and other industry events, actively making new contacts and searching for potential partners.
- Cooperate with division and project managers, assessing the needs of future projects in advance and planning the necessary subcontracting capacities.
- Analyze future project plans and identify what competencies, qualifications and specialists will be needed for their implementation.
- Negotiate cooperation terms, prices, required competencies and other commercial terms.
We hope you:
- Have experience in business development, technical sales, strategic partnerships, subcontracting or similar fields.
- Are active, proactive and not afraid to establish new contacts yourself - from the first call or meeting to a long-term partnership.
- Have a desire to understand and act in the field of ship repair, installation and construction projects.
- Able to independently identify new business and partnership opportunities.
- Have strong negotiation, communication and relationship building skills.
- Are willing to go on business trips, exhibitions, meetings with potential partners and AROS projects abroad.
- Communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing.
