Nature of work
In this position, you will be responsible for:
preparing and sending requests to subcontractors;
price bidding, comparing and coordinating offers;
updating price information in the internal system;
tracking and controlling delivery deadlines;
administering documents related to subcontracting;
selecting workpieces and parts, preparing them for transfer and accepting them from subcontractors;
administering quality non-conformities and defects;
searching for new subcontractors in Lithuania, EU countries and China;
cooperating with specialists in production, quality, supply and other areas.

experience in the field of supply, procurement, logistics, production or subcontracting administration;
understanding of technical documentation, drawings or production processes;
experience working with foreign suppliers;
knowledge of Russian or other foreign languages.
