Main responsibilities:
- Assisting the procurement department in calculating project budgets for subcontracting issues worldwide: searching for subcontractors, establishing contact, formulating requests, evaluating, analyzing and comparing received offers.
- Participating in negotiations with a potential subcontractor, leading the process until the signing of a cooperation agreement.
- Coordinating the smooth cooperation process between the project team and the subcontractor.
Expectations for the candidate:
- Higher education (engineering - would be an advantage).
- Responsibility, independence, quick orientation and communication skills.
- Commercial and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a large flow of information.
- Very good skills in working with Excel.
- Good knowledge of English (necessary due to constant communication with foreign partners).
- Knowledge of Russian, Polish or German (advantage).
- Similar work experience would be a great advantage.
