Your future activities:
- Supervise and evaluate the activities of subcontractors, fostering strong cooperative relationships.
- Search for and establish relationships with new subcontractors, suppliers and partners in Lithuania and abroad.
- Evaluate technical information, scope of work and requirements related to ship repair and outfitting projects.
- Cooperate with project teams and subcontractors on a daily basis, coordinating technical and organizational issues of work execution.
- Perform price analysis, coordinate contractual terms, prepare subcontract agreements and ensure their implementation.
- Cooperate with project managers to align subcontract work with project deadlines and technical requirements.
We hope you:
- You have similar experience in subcontractor management, projects or technical areas.
- You have practical knowledge and understanding of ship repair, installation or similar technical work and their specifics.
- You are able to understand technical information, assess the scope of work and requirements.
- You have practical knowledge in the areas of contract law and procurement.
- You have excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are able to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- You are fluent in English (written and oral).
- You work well with the Microsoft Office package.
