· Supervise and evaluate the activities of subcontractors, fostering strong cooperative relationships.
· Search for and establish relationships with new subcontractors, suppliers and partners in Lithuania and abroad.
· Evaluate technical information, scope of work and requirements related to ship repair and outfitting projects.
· Cooperate with project teams and subcontractors on a daily basis, coordinating technical and organizational issues of work execution.
· Perform price analysis, coordinate contractual terms, prepare subcontract agreements and ensure their implementation.
· Cooperate with project managers to align subcontract work with project deadlines and technical requirements.
· Contribute to the strategic development of the subcontractor network - evaluate suppliers, the quality of their work and suitability for long-term cooperation.
· Monitor the labor market and provide suggestions for process improvement.

· You have similar experience in subcontractor management, projects or technical areas.
· You have practical knowledge and understanding of ship repair, installation or similar technical work and their specifics.
· You are able to understand technical information, assess the scope of work and requirements.
· You have practical knowledge in the areas of contract law and procurement.
· You have excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
· You are able to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
· You are fluent in English (written and oral).
· You work well with the Microsoft Office package.
