Today, we invite a motivated and responsible Fraud Prevention Process Manager to join the Artea Bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- I participated in forming the vision and development direction of Fraud Prevention implementation processes, ensuring the implementation of regulatory requirements and continuous improvement of operations.
- You will create, implement and develop payment card fraud prevention and monitoring processes and control measures.
- You will parameterize, maintain and optimize fraud monitoring systems, develop new rules and evaluate their effectiveness.
- You will ensure effective fraud risk control in physical cards, e-commerce, digital wallets, tokenized payments and other payment environments.
- You will initiate and implement process and system improvement solutions using automation, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- You will collaborate with business and IT teams in developing technical specifications, testing solutions and implementing changes.
To be #closer, you will need:
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of payment card fraud prevention, working with fraud monitoring processes, systems, their development and risk management.
- Good knowledge of fraud typologies, financial crime prevention, risk management and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Experience in implementing and improving fraud monitoring rules and ensuring the implementation of regulatory requirements while maintaining a good customer experience.
- Strong analytical skills, data analysis skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to independently initiate and manage changes, collaborating with business and IT teams.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English, both verbal and written.
We will consider:
- Experience working with card fraud monitoring systems (Falcon, FICO, SAS Fraud Management, Featurespace or similar solutions) as an advantage.
- Experience working with Microsoft Power Apps.
- Data management and analysis knowledge (JSON, SQL).
- International certificates in the field of financial crime prevention (ACAMS, ICA).
- Experience in implementing automation, artificial intelligence or machine learning solutions in the areas of risk management or fraud prevention.
