Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Department Manager to join the Artea Bank team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

You will be #closer every day and:

• You will ensure the implementation of legal acts regulating fraud prevention in the Bank, the identification of suspicious monetary operations (transactions) and their investigation;
• You will ensure the prevention of fraud e-mails channels, payment card payments, and the implementation of internal fraud prevention by implementing control measures in real-time and retrospective monitoring;
• You will ensure communication and cooperation with other financial institutions, law enforcement and law enforcement institutions;
• You will provide methodological assistance to group employees, employees of other departments and divisions on fraud prevention issues;
• You will organize the activities of the division, you will be responsible for organizing the activities of fraud prevention groups;
• You will prepare reports to the department director, the Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Department, Banking Supervision or other responsible institutions on the implementation of fraud prevention measures in the Bank;
• You will perform other tasks assigned by the department director.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher education in finance, business management or law;
• Knowledge of the legal acts regulating fraud prevention activities, be able to apply fraud prevention measures and be interested in global trends in this area;
• Organizational and team building, communication skills;
• Good English language skills, Russian - an advantage;
• Having an ICA, CAMS certificate - an advantage.
• Work experience (2-5 years of managerial or similar work experience in the financial sector).
• Responsibility for strengthening the culture of risks and compliance - the ability to integrate risk management into decisions, be an example for the team and promote conscious behavior in the organization.

• Salary. The specific remuneration will depend on work experience and competencies, therefore we only indicate the possible range: from 4110.00 to 6160.00 EUR excluding taxes.
