NATURE OF WORK:
- Receiving and managing orders via email and phone.
- Coordinating, searching and ordering spare parts.
- Work planning for assigned service departments.
- Coordinating additional work with customers.
- Planning additional coordinated work for the service department.
- Ensuring smooth workflow in assigned service departments.
- Resolving problem cases.
- Entering data into the program and issuing invoices for work performed.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:
- Knowledge of technical characteristics and parts of heavy transport.
- Experience in similar work.
- Work time planning skills.
- Communication skills, responsibility, good negotiation skills and ability to work in a team.
- Good clerical skills.
- Knowledge of foreign languages (English, Russian - very good, knowledge of German, Polish - a great advantage).
- Technical education - an advantage.
