- sales of new and used trucks;
- active work with customers, visiting and communicating by phone and e-mail;
- ensuring prompt solutions to customer issues;
- maintaining long-term relationships with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction;
- preparing, managing and administering related documentation.
Employee requirements
- technical knowledge of trucks, their structure and service processes;
- initiative, responsibility and result orientation;
- good communication and negotiation skills;
- excellent administrative skills;
- education in the field of technology or management;
- excellent knowledge of English and Russian;
- excellent computer skills.
