What are you going to do?
- You will plan and distribute the work (we will entrust a team of 5-7 mechanics and auto electricians).
- You will solve technical issues (you will plan the work, set priorities and help the team with your technical knowledge when it is necessary to find a solution).
- I will control the progress and quality of the work.
- You will coordinate the work with the acceptors, the parts manager, other craftsmen and the service manager.
What do we expect?
- You have experience in car repair/service work, a strong technical background and have organized the work of other people.
- You are able to manage the progress of several repairs simultaneously and independently set priorities.
- You know how to calmly make decisions, reasonably distribute work and maintain the trust of the team.
- You have experience in truck/commercial vehicle repair - a big advantage.
