Nature of work

Consulting customers and fleet representatives, identifying faults and necessary repairs.
Accepting trucks and trailers/semi-trailers for service, checking the work performed and handing it over to the customer.
Creating repair orders (applications), working with the service management program and issuing invoices.
Allocating tasks to auto mechanics and controlling their completion deadlines and quality.
Determining the need for spare parts and coordinating orders with the parts supply department.
Preparing and coordinating commercial offers and repair estimates with customers.
Prompt coordination of problems or additional failures during repairs.

At least 1-2 years of experience in car/truck service (as a receiver or mechanic).
Technical knowledge: Excellent knowledge of truck (MAN, Volvo, Scania, Mercedes-Benz, etc.) and trailer/semi-trailer structure and fault diagnostics.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stress management skills.
Discipline, responsibility and ability to manage teamwork.
Good computer literacy skills (working with service management and diagnostic programs).
Languages: Fluent in Lithuanian (knowledge of English and/or Russian is considered a great advantage when working with international drivers/clients).
Driving license: Category B (C or CE category driving license is an advantage).
Experience with Autoservisas2008 or Sixservice programs is a great advantage.
