If you know how to communicate with customers, don't get lost in dynamic situations, and are not unfamiliar with the technical environment - we invite you to join the AUTOKURTAS team in Klaipėda.
What are you going to do?
- You will be the main contact for the customer - you will meet at the service, communicate by phone and e-mail.
- You will clarify the customer's need and help find the most suitable solution.
- You will coordinate the progress of the customer's order and ensure that the customer knows what is happening with his vehicle in a timely manner.
- You will prepare and coordinate work estimates, inform about the progress of the work, deadlines and changes.
- You will work with car service and accounting programs, issue invoices and administer orders.
- You will resolve non-standard and conflict situations in a way that we can find a good solution for both the customer and the company.
What do we expect from you?
- Have at least 2 years of successful experience working with customers;
- Able to communicate professionally, clearly and constructively, including in complex situations;
- Have technical knowledge and are interested in technology - experience does not necessarily have to be from truck service;
- Able to communicate in Russian with customers;
- English knowledge is sufficient to work with programs and technical information;
- Be independent, organized and able to manage several situations at once;
- Know how to work in a team;
- Category C driver's license is an advantage.
