We are looking for a truck service receptionist – for work in Germany (89537 Giengen)

Your main tasks:
Planning and organizing service work
Distribution of work to mechanics, drawing up work schedules and controlling them
Monitoring the progress of repair work and ensuring deadlines
Communicating with suppliers, customers and company drivers
Coordination of ordering and delivery of parts
Recording of faults and administration of technical information
Supervision of service processes and prompt resolution of problems
Quality control of work and coordination of the team during the shift
Ensuring order and organization of work in the service
