Truck Service Supply Manager

Search and order of spare parts and materials: prompt supply of trucks, semi-trailers and equipment parts, operating fluids and tools to the service according to the requests of masters/receivers.

Supplier management and development: cooperation with existing suppliers (in Lithuania and abroad), negotiations of prices, discounts and payment terms, search for new supply channels.

Inventory and warehouse balance control: planning of current stocks, maintenance of the base of fast-moving parts, prevention of unused balances.

Logistics process coordination: prompt management of delivery time of goods, organization of urgent orders (to avoid downtime).

Documentation and pricing management: checking invoices, waybills, entering into the accounting/management system, administration of goods return processes.

Technical knowledge: excellent knowledge of the structure and spare parts of trucks and semi-trailers (e.g. VOLVO, SCANIA, DAF, MAN, Schmitz, Krone, etc.).

Work experience: successful experience as a supply manager, purchasing specialist or parts selector in the truck / road transport sector.

Experience working with the service management program "Autoservisas2008" or "Sixservice" is required.

Ability to use electronic parts catalogs (e.g. TecDoc, manufacturers' original search engines).

Foreign languages: good knowledge of English and (or) German (for communication with foreign suppliers and working with catalogs); knowledge of Russian is an advantage.

Personal qualities: ability to make quick decisions, good negotiation and communication skills, responsibility and diligence.
