NATURE OF WORK:
- Supervise and control the progress of heavy vehicle service work, ensure efficient work, in order to ensure this, you will need to spend a significant amount of time in the services themselves abroad (the country depends on the assigned services - Germany, France or the Netherlands), the rest of the work will be done in the company's office in Vilnius or at home (depending on the agreement).
- Cooperate with department heads in the assigned service departments.
- Ensure good quality, reliability and durability of the work performed and the services provided according to various requirements.
- Analyze the reasons for the provision of poor quality services, take measures to avoid them.
- Properly respond to complaints, communication or even personal problems of subordinate employees.
- Perform other tasks assigned to the functions of a service coordinator.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:
- Knowledge of the technical characteristics of heavy transport.
- Work time planning skills.
- Communication skills, responsibility, analytical thinking, good negotiation skills and ability to work in a team.
- Good clerical skills.
- Knowledge of foreign languages (Russian, English - very good, knowledge of German, Polish - a great advantage).
- Technical education - a great advantage.
- Similar work experience - a great advantage.
- Work experience with insured events - a great advantage.
