WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- You have experience in managing and controlling a team of technicians;
- You ensure the planning and maintenance of repairs for the company's truck fleet;
- You successfully work with IT systems, ensure cost control and analysis;
- You have experience in mobile service coordination and work planning;
- You perform analysis of the technical condition and quality of the truck fleet;
- You successfully conclude contracts with foreign service providers;
- You ensure control of the company's base and warehouse (in Lithuania and abroad) (business trips are possible 3-4 times a year);
- You perform technical inspections, technical services, monitoring of tachograph checks;
- You make decisions on the necessary ongoing and warranty repair work;
- You communicate and cooperate with services;
- You constantly coordinate prices, ensure the search for new services and partners, and the implementation of monthly goals;
- You ensure a reduction in repair costs and repair frequencies.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS?
- Good English and Russian language skills;
- Good computer literacy skills;
- Good negotiation and analytical skills.
- 3+ years of work experience in truck service.
