If active B2B sales, finding new customers, and international markets are your strengths, we invite you to join the SUPER GARDEN team.
Our office is located in Panevėžys, but this position can be worked remotely from any city in Lithuania.
What awaits you:
- actively seek new customers – distributors, retail chains, private label partners, specialized channels. Cold search, LinkedIn, exhibitions, recommendations – anything that brings results works;
- manage the full sales cycle – from the first contact and samples to pricing negotiations, contract and first order;
- sell the entire portfolio – work with all three brands and decide for yourself which product is suitable for which market;
- grow existing customers – introduce new products, increase turnover, maintain long-term relationships;
- develop market strategy – suggest which markets we should move to next, and get resources to test it;
- represent the company at international food exhibitions (Anuga, SIAL, Gulfood, etc.).
What we expect from the candidate:
REQUIRED:
ADVANTAGE:
- Real experience in active B2B sales – can show clients you have found and successfully closed deals with.
- English at C1 level: negotiations, contracts, presentations.
- Independence – you will work without daily supervision, so internal discipline and managing your numbers are important.
- Ability to calculate pricing and margins in Excel.
ADVANTAGE:
- Experience in the food or FMCG sector.
- Experience in export sales or working with distributors.
- Other foreign languages (German, French, Spanish, Arabic, Russian).
- Knowledge of international transportation, Incoterms and export documentation.
