Your Role
As Supervisor Commissioning & Completion (SVCC), you are the key on‑site link between the project organisation and service teams during the final phase of wind farm delivery. You coordinate commissioning, 300‑hour maintenance, and non‑conformity (NC) resolution activities, ensuring safe, efficient execution up to handover to the customer. Working closely with project and site management, you help deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise service teams during commissioning and 300‑hour maintenance
- Act as the main interface between service teams and project/site management
- Monitor progress, manage schedules, and resolve delivery‑impacting issues
- Coordinate NC rectification, including resources and materials
- Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and HSE requirements
- Secure proper documentation and reporting up to final handover
Your profile
- Technical background in electrical, mechanical, or renewable energy disciplines
- Experience in commissioning, service, or completion phases of wind or large infrastructure projects
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Structured, safety‑focused, and proactive working style
- Willingness to work on construction sites and travel as required
