Purchasing and Operations Manager is a dynamic position that includes customer relationship management, searching for new business opportunities and coordinating secondary raw material procurement and operational processes.
The work combines negotiations, market analysis, raw material evaluation, logistics organization and control of daily processes. This is a responsible role, where independence, decision-making and the ability to ensure smooth organization of activities are important.
Place of work – Tanzania.

Nature of work:
- Customer management and business development: maintaining existing customers and maintaining long-term relationships, searching for new customers, partners and suppliers, conducting negotiations and preparing offers, monitoring the market situation and making pricing decisions.
- Procurement process coordination: organizing the receipt, evaluation and procurement of raw materials, quality and quantity control, documentation and data administration in the system, ensuring compliance with procurement processes according to company standards.
- Logistics and operations: organizing logistics and coordinating export processes, controlling warehouse processes (receiving, storing, moving), monitoring inventory and balances, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of English (verbal and written).
- Category B driving license.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Responsibility and result orientation.
- Flexibility in working in a dynamic environment.
