Nature of work:
We are looking for an active, independent and result-oriented person to join the team in Nairobi, Kenya, and contribute to the development of catalyst purchasing activities in the international market.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers: organize visits, analyze needs, provide proposals and build long-term relationships based on trust.
- Search for new customers, partners and suppliers, establish first contacts and initiate negotiations.
- Coordinate the catalyst purchasing process according to company standards: evaluate raw materials, set prices, perform quality and quantity checks.
- Organize logistics processes, prepare export documents and ensure smooth movement of goods.
- Work with the CRM system, prepare reports and cooperate with other departments of the company.
- Monitor the market and competitive environment, provide proposals to improve operational efficiency.
- Delegate tasks, coordinate daily processes and contribute to the smooth work of the team.
Requirements:
- You have excellent oral and written English.
- You have a category B driver's license.
- You are proactive, responsible and able to make decisions independently.
- You know how to plan time, structure work and operate in a dynamic environment.
- You have good communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
- You are flexible, curious and not afraid of non-standard situations.
- Experience in sales, business development, purchasing or management would be a great advantage.
