Nature of work:
- You will be responsible for the performance of all EMP Recycling purchasing centers in Lithuania, coordinate the work of the locations and ensure effective daily operations;
- You will form, develop and motivate purchasing center employee teams;
- You will ensure effective organization of purchasing processes and high-quality customer service;
- You will analyze performance results, identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions to increase profitability;
- I will control that purchasing, warehousing and waste management processes are carried out in accordance with environmental and employee safety requirements;
- I will plan performance indicators, monitor their implementation and initiate projects to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of successful management experience;
- English language skills (from B1 level);
- Ability to analyze performance results and make data-based decisions;
- Responsibility, independence and strong problem-solving skills;
- Leadership, ability to mobilize a team for common goals and achieve results;
- Ability to regularly travel on business trips throughout Lithuania;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
