Job Summary:
Bison Commerce is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supplier Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining your own supplier relationships and ensuring the competitiveness of our product offerings across top U.S. marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. You will negotiate supplier agreements, monitor market trends, and analyze data to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct negotiations (primarily with U.S. suppliers);
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as revenue, profit margins, competitiveness of your assigned products and manufacturers across major U.S. marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.), to ensure strong, efficient, and profitable partnerships.
- Dedicate significant time to analyzing various data points and taking necessary actions (becoming proficient with POWER BI analytics tools);
- Ensure timely updates of information for the products/suppliers under your supervision;
- Adjust critical parameters to enhance product competitiveness and increase sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, customer service, to align strategies and maximize results.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience working with B2B or B2C clients
- C1 level of English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills and confidence
