We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Business Controller (ISC CONTROLLER) to join our team and support our business operations. In this role, you will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making, driving growth and improving our financial performance. If you have a strong background in business finance and possess excellent analytical and communication skills, we invite you to contribute to our dynamic environment. The Supply Chain Finance Analyst acts as a business partner to the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) leadership team for the Lithuanian breweries. In this role, you ensure transparency of Supply Chain costs and drive process efficiency.
What You Will Do?
- Ensuring accurate standard costing.
- Driving supply chain cost control and variance analysis.
- Supporting Supply Chain function Managers with financial analysis and recommendations.
- Supporting business cases with supply chain financials and new product cost estimations.
- Supporting the set-up and co-ordination of the annual budgeting and quarterly estimating process.
- Ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing and reporting.
- Initiating and maintaining focus on efficiency projects in co-operation with Managers.
What We Expect?
- Several years of experience in a global business environment, with hands-on on supporting management in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage.
- 3-5 years experience in a business controller or senior analyst is an advantage.
- Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
- Proficiency in MS Office (with an emphasis on Excel) with expertise in Power BI.
- Business acumen, strong analytical thinking, high-level attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy maintaining the ability to see the big picture.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to cooperate with the teams.
- Proficient in English and local language (both written and verbal).
