In short, describing the daily responsibilities of the Supply Chain team - it's all about ensuring everything is in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities. No day will be boring, as collaboration with other departments happens regularly to ensure optimal product volumes and smooth daily operations and information flow in the Baltics.

What you'll do

• Coordinate, manage and optimize goods flow in internal systems
  
• Participate in non-standard situation solving – from delivery challenges to quality issues
  
• Analyze sales data and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to identify opportunities for improvement
  
• Prepare reports and presentations for management
  
• Ensure consistent product availability and smooth daily operations while collaborating with cross-functional departments in the Baltics
  
• Participate in seasonal business by preparing demand analysis, creating ordering plans and following up execution/performance
  
• Participate in non-standard situation solving, related to goods flow processes, product deliveries and quality issues
  

About you

• University degree. Can also be a student.
  
• Proficient in Google sheets / MS Excel and data analysis tools
  
• Experience in related field will be considered as an advantage
  
• Very good English language skills (B2 level or higher), German would be considered as an advantage
  
• Ability to analyze data, spot trends and make decisions
  
• Team player with good communication skills
  
• Responsible and result-oriented personality
  
• Problem solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
