About the position
We are looking for an experienced and analytical team member to join our Support & Research team. This role combines customer service, data analysis, survey management and internal process support.
The position is for someone who is confident working with data, understands the importance of its quality and is able to seamlessly combine analytical and operational work, while actively communicating with customers.

What are you going to do:
- Create, manage and optimize surveys
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity and quality control
- Manage customer inquiries and ensure their timely resolution
- Communicate with customers via email, phone and participate in remote meetings
- Provide support to system users and internal team
- Contribute to process improvement and efficiency improvement initiatives
What do we expect from you:
- Higher education, fourth year student
- Experience in data, research, customer service or analytical role
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Ability to structure information and work with larger amounts of data
- Independence, responsibility and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Advantages:
