NARBUTAS is currently looking for an Assembler-Packer whose job is to assemble furniture parts into a final product using drawings, instructions and appropriate tools.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Assemble furniture parts into a final product using drawings, instructions and appropriate tools.
• Use tools and materials correctly to ensure quality and safety of work.
• Check the quality of assembled furniture to ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards: ensure that the parts are properly aligned, without defects, and that the furniture is stable and functional.
• Pack furniture according to the company's packaging standards so that it is safely transported and reaches customers undamaged.

FOR SUCCESSFUL WORK YOU WILL NEED:

• Ability to read technical drawings, assembly diagrams and instructions.
• Understanding the properties of various materials (wood, metal, plastic, etc.) and their proper use in furniture production.
• A solid knowledge of the safe use of tools and equipment, ensuring work safety and efficiency.
• Understanding the principles of quality control to ensure that all assembled furniture meets the company's quality standards.
• Responsibility and diligence, as well as a desire to improve and develop competencies in the field of furniture production.
• Communicative and the ability to work in a team to ensure smooth cooperation and an efficient work process.
• Similar work experience (an advantage). Don't you know or know something? No problem, we will assign a colleague to train you!

SALARY:

Hourly wage: €9.09 - €11.35/hour excluding taxes.
Average monthly salary: €1,516 - €2,178/month excluding taxes, depending on actual hours worked.

• Category I: €9.09 - €9.55/hour (average monthly salary: 1516 - 1593 €/month excluding taxes.
• Category II: 9.78 - 10.54 €/hour (average monthly salary: 1632 - 1758 €/month excluding taxes.
• Category III: 10.80 - 11.35 €/hour (average monthly salary: 1802 - 1894 €/month excluding taxes.

The final salary will depend on the experience and competencies.
