Currently, NARBUTAS is looking for a Assembler - Packer, whose purpose is to assemble products in a quality and timely manner according to the established requirements, check their quality, and properly package them, in accordance with the company's quality, occupational safety and work procedure requirements.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Assemble products using drawings, instructions and appropriate tools.
• Use tools and materials correctly to ensure quality and safety of work.
• Check the quality of assembled products so that all products meet the company's quality standards: ensure that parts are properly aligned, free of defects, and that the product is stable and functional.
• Pack products according to the company's packaging standards so that they are safely transported and reach customers undamaged.

FOR A SUCCESSFUL JOB YOU WILL NEED:

• Be able to read technical drawings, assembly diagrams and instructions so that tasks are performed accurately.
• Be responsible and meticulous.
• Want to improve and develop competencies in the field of furniture production.
• Be communicative and able to work in a team to ensure smooth cooperation and efficient work process.

SALARY:

Hourly wage: €9.31 - €11.92/hour excluding taxes.
Average monthly salary: 1,553 - 1,989 €/month excluding taxes, depending on the hours actually worked.

Additionally: the opportunity to earn a bonus for responsible and high-quality work according to the bonus system after the probationary period.

The organization applies cumulative accounting of working hours.

The final salary will depend on the experience and competencies.
