Nature of work
- Ensuring an efficient production technological process in the bicycle assembly shop;
- Solving technical issues, analyzing them, identifying and eliminating the causes;
- Determining and analyzing working time norms;
- Introducing new products into serial (mass) production;
- Preparing technological instructions (including video material) and technological cards;
- Participation in the implementation of new technologies and improving technological processes;
- Cooperation with internal and external customers.
Employee requirements
- Technical/engineering education;
- Experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company;
- Ability to make independent and informed decisions;
- Knowledge of English (reading and writing);
- Experience using AutoCAD and image creation/editing programs (advantage);
- Analytical thinking, responsibility and result orientation.
