Assessing the efforts and experience of the candidates, we offer an attractive salary that matches the skills and competence. The salary for this position ranges from 15 Eur/h to 16 Eur/h (~2520 Eur – 2688 Eur) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence.

We are currently implementing a new assembly line for electronics products.
We are looking for an Assembly Team Coordinator who will coordinate the activities of this line!
In this position, you will:
- You will actively contribute to the formation of a new electronic device assembly line (conveyor).
- You will ensure that the assembly team (up to 10 members) achieves shift goals on time and accurately.
- You will effectively distribute tasks to employees, taking into account their skills and production priorities.
- You will look for ways to shorten the assembly cycle, optimize the assembly line, and participate in the implementation of the LEAN system.
- You will ensure that the team never lacks components or necessary tools.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of assembly processes and manufactured products.
- You will ensure the implementation of occupational safety and health requirements for your team.
- You will work in one shift (6:00-14:30h), with the possibility of switching to a II shift work format (6:00-14:30/14:00-22:30) within 6 months.
What we expect from you:
- Experience in organizing assembly work (in the production of electronic devices - an advantage),
- Knowledge of the product assembly process (conveyor),
- Ability to effectively delegate tasks, quickly solve problems that arise,
- Knowledge of safety and health requirements and their implementation during the shift,
- Ability to apply LEAN, PPI tools,
- Computer literacy (MS Office), ability to work with internal business management systems,
- Very good knowledge of the Lithuanian language, basic English, Russian.
- Higher/tertiary education.

Salary:
Assessing the efforts and experience of the candidates, we offer an attractive salary that matches the skills and competence. The salary for this position ranges from 15 Eur/h to 16 Eur/h (~2520 Eur – 2688 Eur) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence.
- The employment contract specifies a fixed hourly salary excluding taxes.
