Main tasks:

Main tasks:
- Organization of assembly and packaging work - distribution of tasks to employees according to approved production plans;
- Ensuring the implementation of production plans - control of compliance with production deadlines, work standards, productivity and planned quantities;
- Improving the efficiency of assembly and packaging processes - analysis of work operations, elimination of causes of inefficiency, improvement of work methods and increasing productivity;
- Management of components and packaging materials - ensuring systematic storage, labeling and order, monitoring of residues and timely initiation of replenishment from other departments;
- Ensuring product quality - control of compliance with assembly instructions, prevention of non-conformities;
- Departmental staff management – coordinating team work, training employees, evaluating results and ensuring work discipline;
- Workplace and equipment maintenance – ensuring order, occupational safety, proper use of tools and equipment and ergonomics of workplaces.
What do we expect from you:
- Experience in the field of production - an advantage if you have worked as a production foreman, shift manager or in another production organization position;
- Ability to organize and coordinate the work of employees, set priorities and ensure compliance with production plans and deadlines;
- Technical thinking and the ability to understand production processes, technological instructions and quality requirements;
- Responsibility, independence, organization and the ability to promptly solve daily production problems;
- Orientation to results and process improvement - the ability to notice inefficiency, analyze its causes and initiate practical improvements;
- Has a driver's license (category B);
- Advantage - electric forklift driving skills.
