Nature of work
- Organize and control the daily activities of the Cheese House "DŽIUGAS".
- Plan the work of employees, create work schedules, distribute tasks and control their implementation.
- Motivate the team, organize the selection, introduction and training of new employees.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service, cleanliness, product presentation and food safety.
- Analyze sales results, product realization, assortment and customer needs.
- Control the ordering, acceptance, balances, inventories and accounting documents of goods.
- Organize tastings, events, promotional campaigns and other sales promotion actions.
- Supervise cashier operations, material values, equipment and department documentation.
- Resolve daily operational, customer service and employee work organization situations.

- Are able to independently plan, organize and control work.

- Are interested in customer service, sales and food culture.
