- Preparing sushi, sashimi and other Japanese dishes according to established standards
- Ensuring product quality and freshness
- Adhering to hygiene and food safety requirements
- Organizing and maintaining cleanliness of the workplace
- Collaborating with the kitchen team
Employee requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a sushi chef
- Excellent skills in working with raw fish
- Creativity and sense of aesthetics
- Responsibility, diligence and ability to work in a team
- Ability to work at a fast pace
