Transport infrastructure designer

Our client is a company that invests in advanced technologies and professional development of employees. Strengthening internal design competencies, it invites a transportation infrastructure designer to join.

In this position, you will be able to influence technical solutions, collaborate with experienced geodesy, construction and project management specialists and see how your solutions are implemented in real projects.

We welcome both experienced designers who want to apply their accumulated knowledge, and specialists with less experience who seek to improve and gradually take on more responsibility.

You will be responsible for:

• Analysis of tender and design documentation and preparation of project proposals for design and construction competitions.
• Preparation of technical solutions, drawings and 3D models of roads, streets and other transportation infrastructure objects.
• Selection of road and pavement structures, performance of technical calculations and search for rational solutions, assessing construction costs and implementation possibilities.
• Coordination of design solutions with the project team, customers and other partners.

Taking into account your experience and qualifications, responsibilities will also include independent preparation of technical and working projects and supervision of project implementation.

We expect that you:

• You have a higher university education in roads, civil engineering or other related engineering field.
• You have gained practical experience in the field of transport infrastructure design. We will also consider candidates with about one year of experience and a solid technical foundation.
• You are able to work with AutoCAD Civil 3D, prepare drawings and design solutions.
• You understand design documentation, seek to deepen your professional knowledge and are able to cooperate with specialists in other fields.

We will consider a special construction project manager and/or a special construction project supervision manager in the field of transportation and communications as an advantage.

Salary: 2,000–4,700 EUR per month before taxes, depending on your experience and competencies.
