Welding Bar Engineer - Foreman

Forge LT Engineering is a rapidly growing engineering production company that provides full-cycle services (from cutting, welding, CNC machining to final assembly), and is looking to hire a welding bar engineer - master to join its team. He/She would lead the department team, ensure technological discipline and a smooth production process.

We usually produce medium-sized and larger parts in small batches, the products are constantly changing (non-standard), so there is no monotony.

Organization of daily work of a team of welders (up to 10 employees), task distribution and quality control;
Writing welding procedures and monitoring their compliance in the production process (advantage);
Tracking the expiration dates of welders' qualification certificates and organizing periodic renewal/retesting;
Planning the need for welding materials, purchasing and monitoring costs;
Increasing production efficiency: providing proposals for improving equipment, conductors or assembly devices (you will not have to design them yourself);
Ensuring that order and safety requirements are observed in workplaces;

Has work experience in metal processing/welding production (as a foreman, production coordinator or technology engineer);
Basic knowledge of welding standards;
Excellent technical drawing skills;
Good work planning, team building and organization skills;
Independence and responsible attitude towards results;
