We are looking for a Welding Engineer to join our team and be responsible for managing welding processes and equipment, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring quality in a dynamic environment - both in production and at facilities.

Nature of work

  • Technical analysis of orders: Analysis of orders, drawings, weld marking and technical requirements before putting them into production
  • Welding technology preparation: Preparation, review and coordination of welding procedure descriptions (pSPA/WPS), repair technologies and route cards
  • Welding process control and supervision: Supervision of compliance with welding parameters in production, on site. Evaluation and implementation of necessary changes to ensure smooth and high-quality work
  • Welding equipment management: Assessment of the suitability of welding equipment, calibration and general equipment maintenance process management
  • Problem solving and improvement: Analysis of defects and recurring non-conformities, proposing correction and preventive actions, selection of welding methods, equipment and materials to achieve cost optimization and quality
  • Teamwork and personnel development: Cooperation with production and quality teams, consulting welders, identification of training and certification needs

Employee requirements

  • Higher or higher technical education
  • Ability to read complex drawings, pipeline isometrics, knowledge of weld marking
  • Experience/knowledge in preparing welding procedure specifications (WPS) and repair technologies
  • Professional integrity – ability to constructively and reasonedly solve technical or organizational problems
  • We will consider the following as an advantage:
  • IWS/IWT/IWE certificates
  • VT2 (visual inspection) or PT2 (capillary inspection) certificates or practical experience
  • Knowledge of English, Ukrainian or Russian languages
  • Knowledge of ISO 3834, EN 1090 or DIN 2303 standards requirements for the production process
