What responsibilities will we entrust to you:
- Work organization and task distribution to ensure smooth execution of the production plan
- Management of subordinate production employees, their training and motivation
- Quality control and completion of quality documentation
- Control and maintenance of established internal procedures and occupational safety
- Continuous improvement of production processes and workplaces according to the LEAN system
- Participation in efficiency and quality improvement projects
- Solving production problems
- Work in a two-shift schedule: week I 06:00-14:30, week II 14:30-23:00.
We hope you:
- Have experience in leading a production team
- You are familiar with production processes and metal product manufacturing technologies
- You are familiar with the welding process (an advantage is a Welding Master Certificate or
- You are able to read technical drawings
- You are able to plan, organize and coordinate the work of a team
- You have obtained a higher or higher, preferably technical, education
- You can communicate in English, and knowledge of Russian would be an advantage
- You are proficient in MS Office programs
- You have experience working according to LEAN principles or are interested in methods for improving efficiency
- You are responsible, proactive and have good communication and organizational skills
