We are looking for a welding quality specialist with experience in TIG, MIG/MAG and MMA processes, who would be responsible for welding quality control, employee testing and training.

**Job in Kretinga**

Primary responsibilities

  • Visual quality control of TIG, MIG/MAG and MMA welds;
  • Testing welder skills, organizing and conducting training;
  • Maintenance and control of welding equipment and materials;
  • Communication with foreign clients and colleagues on welding specifications, selection and training of employees according to project requirements;
  • Periodic short-term (about 1 week) business trips abroad.

Employee requirements

  • Higher or higher education;
  • Knowledge and practical skills in TIG, MIG/MAG and MMA welding processes;
  • Knowledge of welding defects and their causes;
  • Knowledge of welding equipment and technologies;
  • Ability to read technical drawings;
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, etc.);
  • Category B driver's license.
