Nature of work

  • Welding robot control, parameter setting and process monitoring, ensuring smooth and safe operation of the equipment.
  • Preparing manufactured parts for welding, fixing them in holders according to the specified positions.
  • Welding process control, timely response to malfunctions or deviations in the robot's operation.
  • Visual control of welds, recording defects and transmitting information to responsible persons.
  • Daily maintenance of the welding robot and workplace, maintaining cleanliness and order.
  • Work in compliance with occupational safety, quality and production requirements.
  • Work on a shift schedule (3 shifts).

Employee requirements

  • Experience working with industrial robots (advantage).
  • Knowledge of metalworking technology.
  • Experience working in the field of welding (advantage).
  • Reading and understanding production drawings.
  • Experience working as a software-controlled machine operator would be an advantage (the company offers training for those without experience).
  • Desire to improve - willingness to learn and improve their skills.
