Experience in welding (MIG/MAG or TIG)
Ability to read drawings
Responsible attitude to work
Want to work in the long term
Basics of English or Russian
Driver's license is an advantage

A clear work schedule (rotation option: 3–4 weeks at work / 1 week at home)
Salary paid 2 times a month (on time and without delays)
