What tasks await:
- operate and maintain welding machines, be able to rationally operate tools;
- select the necessary welding materials and welding modes, the necessary seam performance technique,
- high-quality weld products, assess the quality of the weld seam and correct defects;
- perform welding, metal cutting work in accordance with occupational safety requirements and technological instructions, be able to use welder's gases;
- read drawings of structures intended for welding;
- perform work with various road maintenance equipment and perform other road maintenance work.

- has obtained secondary education with a professional qualification (advantage – in the field of welding);
- have experience as a welder or similar work;
- have an energy worker's certificate (PK electricity protection category);
- has the necessary organizational and planning skills, is professional and responsible.
